With the Military PCS Guide logo, we wanted to include the idea of PCS (permanent change of station) into the logo since this is an important target audience for the brand. We did this by displaying a starting and ending location marker as destinations on a United States map graphic.
To give the brand a patriotic feel I decided to use the red, white and blue of the U.S. Flag as the primary color scheme. I also provided a range of color variations to be used as needed.
The font used in the logo, Poppins, is simple and bold, just like the Military PCS Guide brand, which seeks to provide simple, clear and reliable information to all those who are moving from duty station to duty station in the U.S. military.
